2016 Fete Information


Fete Committee and Volunteers – Can you be a part of it?

 

Our Fete will be the biggest fundraiser that Undurba P&C will hold next year.  The event will be held 05 March 2016

 

Funds raised from this fantastic event are used directly to help your school.

 

We need assistance with many aspects of the event. While we only ask for an hour or two of your time per week at this stage, we do ask for a commitment to help us see this through until the big day. We will need your extra support on the day and in the weeks leading up to it.

 

We have many different jobs suited to a large skill set and if you are happy to help then we are happy (and grateful) to have you. 

 

We don’t care if you haven’t worked in years or have no idea about event management – ANY help is very much appreciated and we are here to guide. Ideas of the type of assistance we need:

·         Sourcing of sponsorship prizes for our raffle

·         Sourcing of sponsorship money to help run event

·         Help with organising/scheduling school and community performances on the day

·         P&C run stall such as a sausage sizzle

·         Leaflet printing organisation and volunteer droppers

·         Marketing before and on the day

·         First Aid & Information tent

·         Organisation of housekeeping for the day

·         Liaison with local community groups for support

·         Good ideas

·         And much more

 

So please – come along, join in, brush up your organisational skills, meet some new friends and help us to make this an Event not to be missed.
