Fathers Day Stall

posted 23 Aug 2018, 20:31 by Debbie Houston

It’s that time again! Undurba P&C’s Fathers Day Stall for 2018! Save your pennies now – there will be some gorgeous stuff to choose from for your Dad!
The stall will run August 28th, 29th, and 30th – classes have scheduled times to visit the stall so please make sure you have checked out the roster ( next newsletter or at your student’s classroom). Don’t miss your time!
To make shopping even easier for our students, the vouchers will once again be available for purchase through This option gives your child/ren the freedom to shop with no worries about money at school. Give them a go – so easy!
The gift list, sent home last week is a fantastic tool for indicating your preferred choices. While every effort is made to maintain stock levels for each day, having a couple of options is advisable (and much appreciated by stall volunteers!)
If you would like to be a volunteer at the stall this time around, we would love to see you! Just email to get in touch. Even an hour would make a huge difference!
Thank you parents for supporting Undurba’s P&C Association!

Yatala Pie Drive Order Form

posted 21 Apr 2018, 19:57 by Debbie Houston

Welcome back to Term 2. Yatala Pie Drive 2018 is underway! Last year we sold more pies than we have students and raised over $2000. This year, we’re keen to sell even more. All money raised will be put towards air-conditioning our classrooms so ask your family, friends, and work colleagues if they want to save the drive down the M1 and pick up a Yatala Pie from Undurba instead! There are prizes again this year for the individual student, and class, with the greatest pie sales. Order forms will be sent home with children this week. Let’s go Undurba!

The President provides leadership and is the accountable officer of the Association.

The President will be the Chair of meetings and conduct them in an efficient and timely fashion, being familiar with the rules, constitution and other documents governing Association operations.

The Vice-President provides essential support for the President and possibly other members of the Executive Committee.

They will Chair those meetings from which the President is absent and carry out any duties that have been delegated by the President.

They should also be familiar with the rules, constitution and other documents governing Association operations.

The Secretary collates the agenda papers for each meeting, (including subcommittee reports) and assists the President in preparing an agenda for each meeting. They prepare and present minutes of the Association‘s meetings, record and deal with correspondence in/out as directed and generally organise, record and maintain information pertaining to the activities of the Association.

It is the Treasurer's responsibility to keep accurate accounts of receipts and expenditure.

All roles within the P&C executive are voluntary.

Although the P&C has an Operations Manager to look after the day to day running of the P&C, you would need to attend regular P&C meetings and have an expectation to be available 1 to 2 hours per week.
